1. You describe your team and the problem in your own words: headcount, states, budget, and what is going wrong.
2. Our model reads that description and maps it to the right category and requirements, like multi-state tax support or mobile time clocks.
3. It compares requirements against verified review data and vendor-confirmed facts, filtered to companies like yours.
4. A person on our research team reviews every shortlist before it is sent. During our launch period, that review is mandatory.
5. You get three options by email, with the reasons each one fits and the questions to ask in the demo.
